Refund policy

All sales on thepdfshop.store are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

Exception — Defective Files If you experience any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The file fails to download
• The file is corrupted or unreadable
• You received the wrong file

To request assistance, contact us at thepdfhop1@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Chargebacks We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any chargeback filed without first contacting us will be disputed and may result in being permanently banned from our store.
